Family institution is falling apart. Its breakdown leads to the breakdown of our society. Reforming our ‘soulless’ and 'loveless' law, and particularly family law, is the solution.

Without love, Law is soulless. Soulless law will gradually lead us to the law of jungle, and worse, it may lead us to our destruction. We will realize how true this statement is, after carefully examining our understanding of the real concepts of law and love, and their inter-relatedness, as we see here.

There had been a historical link between law and love, which is lost now. Law had been about relatedness and responsibilities of individuals to each other, not solely separateness and entitlements, as it is now. When law loses its soul, it could easily be used as a tool for vicious competition and greed-motivated fight. As a result, the air that family institution needs to breath gets terribly polluted to the extent of suffocation, and that is what happening to family now. Since this pollution process has been gradual and steady over a long time, it had gone unnoticed for years. Now it has reached to a suffocating level, at least for family
